Detailed Job Description

As the Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will be the central nervous system of the executive office. Your exceptional organizational skills and professional discretion will ensure the CEO’s productivity and the smooth operation of their strategic agenda. A key and unique part of your role will involve representing our brand in media.

Key Responsibilities
  • Executive Coordination: Manage the CEO’s complex diary, schedule critical meetings, and coordinate all travel and logistics.
  • Communication Management: Serve as the first point of contact, handling phone calls, correspondence, and requests with tact and efficiency.
  • Administrative Support: Provide direct support through research, preparing reports and presentations, and running errands.
  • Digital & Social Media: Manage the CEO’s social media presence and engage with their audience professionally.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain the utmost discretion with all sensitive business and personal information.

Qualifications and Skills

Essential Requirements
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.).
  • Outstanding organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A high degree of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Practical experience with social media management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
